At CraftTheScent.com, we take pride in offering high-quality handcrafted products at incredible sale prices. To maintain these values for our community, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and replacements:
1. No Refunds & Buyer Agreement
Due to the nature of our small business and our deeply discounted sale prices, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
• Acknowledgment: By completing your purchase, you agree that you have read all product descriptions, ingredient lists, allergy warnings, and usage instructions.
• Accuracy Check: Please double-check that your shipping address, email, and contact information are correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
2. Incorrect Items
We strive for perfection, but if we make a mistake and send you the wrong product, we will make it right.
• We will re-ship the correct product to you at no additional cost.
• Please contact us at inquiry@craftthescent.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the incorrect item received.
3. Shipping Damage & Carrier Negligence
We take great care in preparing your order for transit. All packages containing glass are clearly labeled as FRAGILE.
• Carrier Handling: We are not responsible for broken packages or damage caused by the negligence of the post office (USPS).
• Claims: If your package arrives damaged due to carrier handling, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
4. Packaging Errors (Leaks)
If a product leaks during transit due to an error in our packaging (such as a faulty seal or cap), we will replace the item at no cost to the customer.
• To qualify for a replacement, please email us a clear photo of the leaked product and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery to inquiry@craftthescent.com.
