CraftTheScent.com ships to addresses within the USA ONLY. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All domestic orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Shipping Categories & Processing Times

Please take note of the shipping status listed for each product:

• RTS (Ready To Ship): Processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

• P.O. (Pre-Order): Currently in production. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before shipment.

• B.O. (Back Order): Shipping dates are TBA (To Be Announced), with a typical lead time of up to 15 days.

Shipping Liability & Claims

CraftTheScent.com is not responsible for lost or missing packages. Once a package is scanned and accepted by the USPS, the responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

If your package is lost or shows as delivered but has not arrived:
